Hi there — I’m Kate Kirchner, a vocational consultant, career strategist, and proud job-search nerd.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped people navigate one of the most challenging parts of their careers: getting noticed in a crowded hiring market.

Much of my career has been spent working closely with individuals with disabilities who face real barriers to employment. That experience shaped how I approach career strategy today. When you spend years helping people overcome significant hiring obstacles, you learn how to uncover strengths, skills, and value that employers often overlook.

That perspective has made me exceptionally good at helping any job seeker clarify their story and position their experience in a way employers immediately understand.
